1. The service
RadaTV ("we", "the app") is media player software for Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen) and Android phones, and the related web portal at radatv.net. RadaTV is a playback tool only, comparable to VLC or a web browser. We do not host, store, stream, sell, resell, distribute or link to any channels, broadcasts, movies, series or other media, and we do not sell or recommend playlists or content providers.
2. Your content and your responsibility
To use the app you add your own playlist (M3U URL or Xtream Codes login). You confirm that you are legally entitled to access everything you add, and you are solely responsible for it. Using RadaTV to access pirated or unlicensed content is prohibited. Your playlist data is used only to play media on your own devices; it is never shared with other users.
3. Accounts
An account is optional (guest pairing is possible). You are responsible for keeping your login secure. You can delete your account and all related data at any time from the web portal.
4. Smart TV app: price
The RadaTV Smart TV app is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced later, prices and terms will be shown here before any charge.
5. Android app: ads and Premium subscription
This section applies only to the RadaTV app installed from Google Play. It does not change the Smart TV terms above.
- The Android app is free to use with ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob and never appear inside the content you play.
- RadaTV Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly, that removes all ads in the Android app and unlocks account sign-in (email or Google), so your saved playlist is stored on our servers and syncs across your Android devices. Without Premium you can still use the app by entering your Xtream or M3U details on the device. The price for your country is shown in the app and on the Google Play payment screen before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Premium is tied to the Google account used for the purchase and covers the Android app only; it is not a Smart TV license.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. You can also email us and we will help.
- Premium does not include any channels, playlists or other content.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use RadaTV to infringe copyright or other rights, share accounts or licenses, reverse-engineer the licensing system, or interfere with our servers. We may suspend devices or accounts that break these rules, including on receipt of a credible rights-holder complaint.
7. Availability and warranty
The app is provided "as is". Playback depends on your TV model, network and your own playlist provider, which we do not control. We do not guarantee that any third-party stream will work.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (license or subscription) in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on this site.
